Silent night. No masks in sight.
All the skeptics, packed in tight.
'Round the room, the virus spreads
Pretend that no one will end up dead

In general, the risk is low to these athletes, but it doesn't take long to think of recent examples of NHL players that would certainly be at risk if they were encountering COVID-19 during their active career:
Saku Koivu (Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma)
Fernando Pisani (Inflammatory bowel disease)
Bryan Bickell (Multiple sclerosis)
Marian Hossa (Allergic dermatitis)
And then you have current players like:
Oskar Lindblom (Ewing's sarcoma)
Brian Boyle (Chronic myeloid leukemia)
Max Domi (Type I diabetes mellitus)
And there's the whole staff of coaches, trainers, equipment staff associated with each team that are not young athletes. And the NHL staff, including scorekeepers, refs, ice crew, etc.

Can use tapioca starch as a substitute, if it's an issue with corn. I generally use tapioca starch instead of corn starch with my cooking.

Ridiculous circular reasoning. There were no cases but there were no tests in January. If he thinks he stopped it (like he repeatedly claimed throughout January and February), then explain the number of cases and deaths now. Completely delusional.

New Trump campaign slogan: Better than doing nothing at all.
Showing real leadership qualities in taking credit for any marginal improvement in outcome versus doing nothing at all. He's going all-in on narrative that if final numbers are lower than 2.2M then it's his success. Geez. Why are 100-240k Americans considered disposable by Trump?

Why put together a Stanley Cup contending team, when there is no Stanley Cup to contend for? Spooky.

I personally think it's beyond just drafting alone. Based on the string of 1st round busts, there's a lot of blame that can be assigned to organizational development. Too much "MuH gRiT" and "aTtItUdE". Now in all seriousness, I don't think there has been much willingness in the organization to promote offensive development because the call-ups and promotions have been based heavily on being safe in the defensive end. Too many quick demotions and benchings for mistakes, and can easily create a culture that is overly defensive for fear of making mistakes. And it's speculation, but when Gally is the only skilled scorer still on the team, then there is definitely room for speculation especially with the recent quality of results.
Hopefully there can be a change of philosophy where offensive talent can flourish without stomping it into the ground with conservative defensive play.

Kotkaniemi would have been stapled to the bench after the penalty that Cousins committed that gave the Bruins the lead. Yet he's right back on the ice after the goal, and blows coverage on Debrusk. Julien has to keep blaming the kids while the grinders blow the game

Because you were terribly wrong and refused to accept that you were wrong. And kept doubling down and now are complaining of downvotes.

I had to dig through the CBA PDF to find, so I was wrong about that aspect.
Article 10.4
Clubs owing one (1) draft selection must have it available in the next draft.
Clubs owing two (2) draft selections in different rounds must have them available in the next draft.
Clubs owing three (3) draft selections in different rounds must have them available in the next draft.
Clubs owing two (2) draft selections in the same round, must have them available in the next three (3) drafts.
Clubs owing three (3) draft selections in the same round must have them available in the next four (4) drafts, and so on.
When a Club owes two (2) or more draft selections in the same round, the signing Club does not elect the years in which such selections shall be awarded to the Prior Club; rather, the selections next available will be transferred to the Prior Club (i.e., a Club that owes two (2) selections has them available in the next two (2) drafts – that is when they are transferred).
So yes, I was wrong about that. It is sequential picks if available, and only if it's more than one pick in the same round. Although it would certainly lead to an interesting CBA issue if they did do two simultaneous offer sheets involving 1st round picks. Which team would get the 2020 1st rounder, if both sheets were signed on the same day.

Geez... Downvotes for providing information... CBA specifies the team's own draft picks and must be in subsequent drafts. The example I gave was Boston and Vegas, because they had recent drafts where they had 3 1st rounders in the same draft, but only 1 would be relevant for offer sheet.
And it's all subsequent draft. So if Habs got Aho, it's 2020 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
They would not be able to do another offer sheet at the $10.4M range, even though it says 2 1st rounders, it's the 2020 1st, and 2021 1st round pick.
If they wanted to do another offer sheet before Carolina decides, it can only be less than $1.3M at the moment.

Nope. It has to be their original draft picks and cannot be picks they've acquired through trades. So in the hypothetical example of Boston or Vegas when they had 3 1st rounders, they could only be involved in 1 offer sheet involving a 1st round pick at a time.

I'm going to be impressed when they avoid talking about all 4 of the Habs' 5th rounders
